ConveyanceBN S.L., with Tax ID B-86742319 and registered office at Calle de Velázquez, 84, 28001 Madrid, Spain, is the controller of personal data collected through this platform. As an entity authorised by the CNMV (No. 342/2019), we comply with the obligations set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide directly when using our platform: full name, email address, and the content of messages you send us through the contact form. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration. This information helps us improve site performance and ensure platform security.

The processing of your data is based on: your explicit consent when completing forms on our platform (Article 6.1.a GDPR), the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Article 6.1.b), compliance with legal obligations applicable to the financial sector (Article 6.1.c), and our legitimate interest in improving our services and preventing fraud (Article 6.1.f).
5. Data recipients
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases: regulatory and supervisory authorities (CNMV, Bank of Spain, AEPD) when required by law, technology service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements, and financial institutions for investment operation management. We do not transfer data internationally outside the European Economic Area.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data is retained for 2 years from the last interaction. Investor data is retained for 10 years in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Browsing records are retained for 12 months.

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability.
